UKCoSA Global Partner Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 2026 | Governing Agreement for Authorised Recruitment Partners

By submitting your Partner Onboarding Application and checking "I agree to UKCoSA Global's Partner Terms & Conditions", you confirm your organisation's commitment to these recruitment standards, code of conduct, and admissions compliance.

1. Purpose & Scope of Partnership

These Partner Terms & Conditions govern the commercial and operational relationship between UKCoSA Global Ltd ("UKCoSA Global") and your agency or organisation ("Partner Agency").

UKCoSA Global appoints the Partner Agency on a non-exclusive basis to identify, recruit, counsel, and refer qualified international students seeking admission to partner educational institutions represented by UKCoSA Global.

2. Obligations of the Partner Agency

  • Provide prospective students and parents with accurate, current, and verified information regarding university programs, entry requirements, tuition fees, living costs, and visa regulations.
  • Conduct preliminary verification of student academic transcripts, language proficiency test scores, financial records, and identification documents prior to submitting applications.
  • Ensure every applicant meets genuine student visa requirements (such as UKVI Genuine Student requirements) and possesses genuine financial capacity.
  • Not make false promises, guarantee university admission, guarantee visa issuance, or collect unauthorised ancillary application charges without prior written consent.

3. Student Consent & Data Protection (GDPR)

The Partner Agency warrants that it has secured explicit, written consent and authorization from each student (or legal guardian for minors) permitting UKCoSA Global and partner institutions to process their personal, academic, and financial data for admission and visa compliance.

Both parties agree to comply fully with applicable data protection laws, including the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. Commissions & Remuneration

  • Commissions are payable only upon successful enrolment of the student, completion of the relevant university census / refund withdrawal deadline, and receipt of fee settlement from the partner university.
  • Commission amounts and percentages will be calculated based on the agreed rate schedules and will be tracked and disbursed through the UKCoSA Global Partner Portal.
  • If a student withdraws, is refunded, or has their visa revoked resulting in fee clawback by the university, UKCoSA Global reserves the right to adjust or recover corresponding commission disbursements.

5. Compliance, Anti-Bribery & Ethics

The Partner Agency agrees to adhere to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethics. The Partner must comply with the UK Bribery Act 2010 and the British Council's Agent Code of Conduct.

Any submission of falsified, fraudulent, or altered academic, financial, or identification documents will result in immediate termination of partnership, deactivation of portal access, and notification to relevant educational and immigration authorities.

6. Term, Suspension & Termination

This agreement takes effect upon approval of the partner application and remains valid indefinitely unless terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice, or immediately in the event of material breach of these terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
