- Student Privacy: Students can only view their own applications, files, messages, and offer submissions. No student can view another student's confidential work.
- Mentor Privacy: Mentors have access strictly to their assigned students' active cases. Mentors cannot view student payment records or other mentors' bank details.
- Administrative Access: Administrators and support staff have strictly audited access for credential verification and support resolution.

Payment processing is handled via Razorpay’s PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant secure infrastructure. UKCoSA Global does not store student credit/debit card numbers or bank credentials on our servers.
