1. Mentorship Agreement & Scope
UKCoSA Global provides academic mentoring, research scoping, and application guidance for prospective doctoral candidates. The student enrolment package fee is fixed at ₹35,000 INR.
2. Milestone-Based Mentor Compensation Rule
A core tenet of UKCoSA Global’s operational model is quality assurance. The assigned academic mentor becomes eligible for their allocated ₹15,000 INR milestone compensation strictly and exclusively upon satisfaction of the following criteria:
- The student uploads an official PhD offer letter (conditional or unconditional) from a recognized university.
- UKCoSA administrators independently verify that the offer letter is authentic, issued by the stated institution, relates to the assigned student, and satisfies academic standards.
- The verification decision is formally approved in the administrative ledger.
Under no circumstances is mentor milestone compensation automatically disbursed without positive administrative verification.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Initial Cooling-Off Window: A student may request a 100% refund (less standard payment gateway processing fees of approximately 2%) within 7 calendar days of payment, provided no mentor matching has commenced.
- Active Engagement Phase: Once an academic mentor has been assigned and initial document reviews or scoping calls have taken place, the service fee is non-refundable.
- Offer Outcome Disclaimer: While UKCoSA mentors provide elite guidance, university admissions committees make all final selection decisions. Failure to receive an offer does not entitle a student to a refund of completed advisory hours.
4. Academic Integrity & Anti-Ghostwriting Code
UKCoSA Global enforces strict compliance with international academic integrity guidelines. Mentors are expressly prohibited from writing, editing content on behalf of, or ghostwriting student proposals or application statements. All submissions must be the original, authentic work of the student.
5. Confidentiality & Zero AI Model Training
All student draft manuscripts, research notes, and personal data uploaded to the UKCoSA Document Vault remain strictly confidential. UKCoSA Global explicitly guarantees that student documents will never be sold, leased, or utilized to train external artificial intelligence models.
